NOTES
- The Deposit will be refunded with the final invoice after the child has left minus the last term’s disbursements. Deposits must be paid and the application form must be signed, thus agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, before the child starts at the School. The deposit for ex-Nursery children is payable when the child goes into the Reception Year.
- Overseas parents mean those domiciled outside the UK but not including UK Government or Military parents on overseas duty.
- Fees are due on the first day of each school term and late payment will result in a late payment charge of 2% per month.
- Fees may be paid by monthly instalment using a Direct Debit over 12 months from August to July inclusive. At a cost of 1% of the fee per term by written arrangement with the Bursar. No other method of staged payment is possible.
- Fees include tuition, exercise books and paper, match fees, textbooks where these can be handed on, materials for science and art, normal laundry for boarders, lunch (except for single session Nursery), morning break and tea for day children when at school, all meals in term-time for boarders.
- The following are in addition to the basic fee:
• Reference books, such as bible, dictionary, French dictionary, atlas. These books should not be purchased separately by parents as specific editions are provided by the School and charged for.
• Calculators, Prep Bag, house badges.
• Sixth form textbooks and some texts and work books where notes have to be made in the book.
• Materials used for items made in practical subjects.
• Trips and excursions.
• Disbursements for individual and small group music lessons, sports coaching and extra coaching or tuition in any subject as required by the parent or the School.
- Extra tuition can be arranged in a wide variety of subjects; parents are sent a list and booking form at the beginning of term and the cost is billed in arrears to the end of term invoice.
- The school reserves the right to disclose any unpaid financial obligation on transfer of a pupil to another school.
