The School has had a successful history since 1922 and there is a great dynamism about today’s school as we move through the first decade of the 21st century. Pupil numbers in both locations have increased by an impressive 40% and with 325 pupils we are close to our maximum.

We have made substantial progress following the outright purchase of the Prep School at Bexhill six years ago.

Most significant of all developments are the splendid new Art Block at the Abbey, which is the first phase in a planned programme of new buildings, and the Performing Arts Centre, which was opened at the end of 2005.

Developments at the Prep School have involved a new Art Studio, improvements to the outside play area, a new computer network and the installation of interactive whiteboards in all teaching rooms.
