up in front of the TV to watch a favourite video, rollerblading,
a whole host of weekend excursions, tea and toast before bed
(a Battle Abbey institution) and much else...
Older
children board in the Abbots House; boys and girls have
spacious, well-furnished bedrooms, in different wings, which
they share with two or three others, while some Sixth Formers
have single rooms. Various communal rooms allow the boarders
to come together. The Head of Boarding is assisted by his
wife and the Headmaster.
