Music at the Prep School
In addition to the regular music lessons which form an important aspect of our curriculum, many pupils choose to learn an instrument. The drums, guitar, keyboard, violin, trumpet and piano are all popular amongst the pupils, who benefit from their own specialist teachers (please see our staff list for more information).

Children are encouraged to get involved with productions within the school and many choose to develop this aspect of their education when moving on to the Abbey where we have developed an excellent reputation in the community for our musical productions, particularly with regard to singing.

Our Prep and Senior School choirs practice regularly, and both choirs combine for special musical events held at the Abbey.
